SeedLock (“we”, “us”) operates this website and helps customers order hardware cryptocurrency wallets internationally. This policy explains what personal data we process and why.

• Order request data you submit voluntarily: full name, email, Telegram or WhatsApp contact, country, optional note.
• Usage analytics: anonymous device identifier, session, page views and basic interaction events (e.g. add-to-cart, checkout submitted) collected via Amplitude and stored in our backend.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, language, referrer — used for security and aggregated analytics.

3. Why we use it

• To respond to your order request and arrange delivery.
• To improve the Site, measure performance and prevent abuse.
• To comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal basis

We process order request data to take steps at your request before entering a contract. Analytics and technical data are processed under our legitimate interest in operating and improving the Site.

5. Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run the Site (hosting, database, analytics) and with logistics partners needed to deliver your order. We do not sell personal data.

6. Retention

Order request data is kept for as long as needed to fulfil your order and meet legal requirements. Aggregated analytics may be retained longer in anonymous form.

8. Cookies & local storage

We use local storage to remember your cart, language and a randomly generated analytics device identifier. No advertising cookies are set.
